The JusticePath implementation process was designed to be easy.  The process includes setting up the onsite display, as well as configuring the back-end data through our web-based controls— both easy processes that the JusticePath team can guide you through.

As for onsite, Docket Directory is built to run on top of a variety of technical hardware, meaning you can use your existing equipment or purchase your own, saving you money.  We have created a list of equipment needed to guide the process, and can assist your IT department for quick set up.  If your onsite staff isn’t comfortable setting up the hardware themselves, we’re happy to help.

Additionally, our team will oversee the import of your court data and set up your web-based controls, which you can access with a personalized log in through our site.  JusticePath is compatible with compatible with Icon Software Corp, Tyler Technologies Inc., 5Points, and other court management systems, automatically pulling data from these systems based on your customized selected fields to display.  We can also work with courthouses using spreadsheet data files as well, which can be dragged and dropped by your staff to easily upload new data daily.

The JusticePath implementation process also allows for customization, both of the data you provide in your app, but also what is shown on the hardware displays in the courthouse.  So that your system is unique to your courthouse’s needs and branding, you can select from a choice of data fields you want to share, and also the colors, logos, images, and verbiage for the overall design.  Almost any layout can be accommodated, and you can get very specific about how you want the data to be arranged—including the font, font size, and order.  For ease, we also have a standard layout to choose from as well.
